Ellie joined the aquatic ecotoxicology team at Cambridge Environmental Assessments at the beginning of 2022. Her interest in freshwater studies elevated during an undergraduate BSc (Hons) course in ecology at Canterbury Christ Church University that progressed into a master’s degree in aquatic biology at the University of Portsmouth. Outside of university, she gained knowledge of ecological consultancy practices. Within CEA, Ellie is helping the ecotoxicology team with outdoor mesocosm studies and laboratory analysis, working to good laboratory practice.
