Georgia joined CEA in January 2022 as a member of the toxicology team. She holds a BSc in biochemistry and biotechnology, an MSc in molecular biology and genetics and a PhD in in vitro toxicology. She is an alumnus of the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) European Food Risk Assessment Fellowship programme.
